FAQ

Shipping is expected to take place 1-2 days after receipt of payment. From receipt of payment it takes approx. 2-4 working days (not Sundays and public holidays) for your candle to arrive.

Simply write us a message using our contact form or info@sinosh.de . Since we will only send your package 1-2 days after receipt of payment, it is very likely that we can still change the address. If your package is already on its way, unfortunately there is nothing we can do. Therefore, be sure to check your details before submitting the order. You can find our contact form linked below.

Our products are both vegan and cruelty free. The environment and every single living thing in the world is very important to us. We therefore try to make our packaging material as sustainable as possible, for example by using dissolvable or recycled filling material.

Since soy wax is a natural product, no harmful substances are released. It is non-toxic and burns better. This means the likelihood of promoting allergies is very low. It is also vegan and is perfect for shaped candles.

General:

Our candles are primarily used for decoration. If you do want to light it, you should know that the burning time of the candle varies depending on its shape and volume.

Before you light your sinosh candle, you should note the following safety instructions:

•Put the candle away from anything that will catch fire.

•As our candles come and melt without a saucer, make sure they are placed on a fireproof and smooth surface with a rim.

•Keep the wax surface free of wick debris, matches, or flammable materials.

•Always place the candles vertically.

•If you light multiple candles, make sure that the candles are sufficiently spaced apart.

•Our candles come with a shortened wick, so you don't have to shorten them separately.

•Never leave the candle unattended and especially not alone with children or pets.

•Avoid drafts when burning candles.

•If the candle begins to soot, extinguish the flame, remove the soot flower from the wick with scissors or a wick trimmer, and relight the candle.

•Never use liquid to extinguish the candle.

•After you have extinguished the flame by smothering it, do not move the candle but let the wax harden first.

•You can relight the candle at any time, just make sure you don't let it burn to the end, but rather extinguish it early.

•To remove wax residue from the base, run the bottom of the mold under hot water until you can separate the wax block from the base.

•You can always remove wax residue with a warm, damp cloth.

•You can easily wash off wax on your skin with lukewarm water.
